All bed linens and towels as described, logs and utilities are included.
There is no charge for the final cleaning or for pets.
Taxe de sejour is not included- this is set by the local tourist office and is currently 1.43cents per person (over 18) per night. Payable at the same time as the final payment.
Flexible arrival and departure days out of the high season, take advantage of cheaper ferry prices!

Payment
1 A 20% deposit payment is due immediately to confirm your reservation.
2 The final payment is due 8 weeks before prior to arrival. An e-mail will be sent as a
reminder 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
Security Deposit
1 The Security Deposit is payable one week prior to arrival.
2 The amount of the Security Deposit will be £200.
3 If no deduction is required by the Owner it will be returned to the Client by bank transfer within 14 days
after departure from the property.
